This company is not recommended as in our situation they constantly delayed our order. On top they charged us for freight that was never being used. When we ask for the freight cost to be refunded, they simply ignored a refund.We have tried all options and as we are a NZ business they simply ignore our right.They also lied and made stories up. To deal with such company is neither professional or fair.We already have told many about it and I am sure they will loos more that they try to gain.Simply stay away and go somewhere else.Cowboys they are…..

I got done by this mob big time. They have sales agents who desperately try to sell you things they cant deliver then make all sorts of excuses under the sun. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, told them the time frame by which, I wanted it, they then told me that there was a urgent fee, at which point I told them I will look around, They promptly waived the urgent fee if I paid within the next 3 hours 50% of the invoice total for the fabric wall, 3 banners, artwork, business cards (premium) and shipping, which I did. Then asked me to supply the artwork even though they charged me for the art work. When I reminded them that I had already paid for the artwork, they proceed to produce artwork which was mediocre at best for a professional printer. Then when it came to shipping, there was another surcharge to pay as they very conveniently forgot a public holiday.They then shipped the order with very basic and ordinary business cards instead of premium quality. Now they want me to understand how much they tried and want to give me a $50 compensation. The difference between the value and premium business card being $100 and the additional shipping that I paid.Beware you will get done. I got done and never again.
