I recently went down to the automatic car wash at BP Truckstop, and I am quite impressed! As I’m a new driver, I didn’t really know how to operate the automatic car wash. After purchasing the ticket, and despite it being a peak hour time, one of the team members went with me to help me out with operating the car wash and instructing me on how to do it! Couldn’t be more happier with the service! Well done BP!

Always excellent service from the lovely staff.Edited: 17th June 2023Unfortunately my original review doesn’t apply to all staff. An Indian woman who works there needs some training and coaching. Filthy service, yelling and raising her voice at customers and barking saying “write a review about me I don’t care”….So, as per her request, here is a review about her. She has no idea about customer service, is possibly racist and has very poor customer service. I don’t want her to lose her job, as she may struggle to find another one, but I suggest she gets some training.

Sai was great with his customer service and helping me to set up my BP rewards account. All these times I've been scanning without knowing I had to activate it and wondering where my points were. He took his time kindly to explain what I had to do, how to link my actual card with my app I'm using.Great work Sai! Hope this feedback gets passed on to him

Well I went to store to buy some drinks and there was a guy with glasses he literally saw me and then I was standing in front of the door and he was drinking water, doing his work and wasn't opening the door. I was there for 5 to 10 mins watching his behaviour and when another customer came he opened the door.I never had such bad customer service experience in my whole life

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire place is clean and tidy. The store is always well stocked with great bargains. The coffee is awesome!

Im not even kidding, when kids go there to buy snacks, and spend something around $20, so they'd have a fair bit, iv noticed the bloke at the counter often slips one candy under the counter or off to the side, while still charging the kids for it. Pathetic.
