Poor, confusing service. Ordered online and clicked the “I’m in store” button, and they tell you the order is being prepare, but it’s not actually the case. They don’t start the order until you after waiting around for ages. Happened to another person while I was in the store, so not just a once off mistake

Pretty consistent outlet. Only shame was the change in chicken stripes not long ago (miss the old ones!) But will forgive them as the fried chicken is honestly better than what KFC crack out these days.

The first time, I got a nice customer service, and that's thanks to the Jr workers who are woking there. Got my meal happy with that.

Would rather eat dog water than to give them more of my money. Asked for lots of salt on my chips, worker says “extra salt?” I say no, lots of salt please. Now here I am eating plain potato. Not to mention they forgot to add the dip I payed for. So bad

Two stars for the chicken as that is always consistently delicious with ANY RR, but the chips and gravy were awful! The chips appeared and tasted like they had been dunked for mere moments in oil. Almost white, and some had an uncooked bite to them you don’t want from a chip. I think they forgot the seasoning, to top it off! And the gravy was so disappointing. It was a beige colour, not brown, and tasted super weird. Not delicious. Floury and super thick. Plus was barely warm.Pretty gutted overall.

This is easily one of the best red rooster stores in Brisbane. Quick service and turn around. I know I’ll be in and out quickly and get well made food typically above most other stores quality.

My partner and I put through an online pickup order this evening, the website failed to put through the order but my account was still charged. I showed the transaction to the manager and he just said to call a support line. We asked for the number, said he couldn't find one and then passively told us to find one ourself. He then walked away into the back and would not help us any further. RIP my $35 :)
