Ordered a door through AC DOORS. Was the worst experience from ordering the door until delivery. We had the door delivery and upon delivery the delivery driver refused to carry the door as it weighed 100kgs!! (despite us paying a delivery fee) we had female staff and were not willing to carry such a large door. The driver then left and the company stopped answering our calls and emails and simply never got back to us despite many attempts trying to contact them. When finally spoken to the guy at AC DOORS he hung up on me! I WOULD BEWARE ordering anything from this place. The door finally arrived today which the driver made us carry the door off the truck into the building. No assistance was provided as mentioned. THE absolute worst customer service. A one star review is a compliment to this place!
