Kent Storage Melbourne

Absolute rouges we were charged approx $1200 to move our belongings into storage and paid over $800 per month to store our good when we requested our belongings back we were quoted over $7200 to travel and extra 65km I would never use them again took over a week of call back only to be told five weeks notice in not enough they can’t move us the week we take over the new house.

This relates to the melbourne officeI would suggest some care is taken when dealing with these people.I have just had a strange experience with them.We had the consultant visit us to give a quote.He made an inventory etc and gave us what turned out to be a rather low quote compared with other like removal companies.On the day he provided us with the quote he tried to pressure us in to signing right away and suggested that he could get an even better price if we did sign right away.We choose to get more quotes and discovered that his quote was by far the cheapest. As the inventory he did, appeared to be a bit inaccurate and I wanting some assurance that the price would not change once the packing and moving started I contacted the salesman by phone and email. Also they had not provided the T&C .When I did not hear back, I contacted the main office and asked for a copy of the terms and conditions and also for the salesman to contact me.Well I still don't have the terms and conditions and have not heard back from anyone.All this leaves me wondering what these people are up to and what games they are playing.Do they quote low and then up the price on you once they have your items in their truck?It is hard to tell if it was some kind of mistake or this is the business as normal for them.Anyway, we are going with one of their competitors - actually the one that the salesman slagged off.That was another thing that I did not like.The salesman told us what was bad about the competition, rather than what was good about the business he represented.Anyway, that is my review / feed back

After have our furinture in storage for two years we are now being asked to prove we had a direct debit set up, and quoted more than 4 time the cost to move our or belonings out of storage. Misleading and deceptive.

Good communication from office (Geetha) and the team (Hayden & Ben) before delivery. On delivery day yesterday), Hayden and Ben arrived early and were professional and friendly. Thank you team for your high quality work (delivery, unpacking and installation of the shipped furniture)!

at first I was unhappy with the service provided due to some issues, but upon leaving my previous review I was contacted by a member (Trent, thank you!) of the customer service team and my issues were resolved. I was refunded and apologised to for the inconvenience. my overall experience and opinion is much better now that has been sorted.old review:very disappointing service. late to pick up

Such a efficient and well managed service and the workers were so polite and helpful. They made the difficult interstate move seem so smooth and easy. All my stuff arrived intact. Well satisfied with their services.

Absolute HUSTLERS....will damage your goods then avoid all accountability and blame the excess..DO NOT GET INSURANCE with this company they will break anything up to $500 then claim you were told about this earlier and totally avoid responsibility...WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So today's version of their defence is its my fault of course.Not the fact that insurance was paid for NO TALK OF ANY EXCESS LET ALONE $500 not the fact they didn't even load goods Into truck properly JUST THREW IT IN THE CAB..I was never spoken to regarding any excess when it came to insurance I needed a full cover yet somehow mysteriously have this excess they are now hiding behind.THIS COMPANY WILL SEND YOU CONDESCENDING EMAILS BLAMING YOU FOR THEIR DAMAGES....DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!By the way Taron as I know you will read this your response was laughable don't try make me out to be some sort of under educated sap you have damaged people's property regularly including mine and constantly blame and accuse others when your company has been at fault..Please provide proof of said offensive behaviour as there are always 2 sides to a story....

The crew that picked up our furniture were exceptional. I am sure my items are safely sitting in Kent's storage. Kent have been helpful and friendly every step of the way.

We thought the customer service from initial consultation through to move out was very good. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. A big shout out to the two man removal team, they were awesome. Got everything out and down thirteen stairs safely and with no damage. Remarkable!

So I arrived in Melbourne without much of a clue and ended up sharehousing in the worst situation possible. I had to call these guys for a quick eject and I have never been so impressed with a moving service! They came in with boxes, helped me organise and pack while under alot of stress and that saved so much reorganising and any possible breakages during transport and storage. They even checked I was able to leave the property safely. Above and Beyond. The cost was really affordable and the easy extensions were welcoming. Thank you so much guys!!
