Victoria Point Surgery

I have found all the doctors at this surgery to be good at what they do, particularly my own doctor who goes above and beyond what should be expected of her. All the staff are caring and helpful.

Dr. Matthew Isbel has been my G.P for the past few years. I have found him to be caring, knowledgeable and professional. The surgery have certain times for vaccinations so it's prompt service. I am sorry to be leaving the area as I doubt I will find another establishment as well run as this one.

Reception service great, waiting room clean and tidy. Dr Tucker is the best. Posted on behalf of my husband .

Dr Isbel is one of a kind. I appreciate this man so much for his care for me and my family over the past few years. Never has he let me down. The passion he has for his work and the long hours he does is certainly proof of his commitment to his patients. Thank you Dr Matt.

It's not usually more than a couple of days to see my Dr Patrick Chen. HE IS AMAZiNG, always going beyond to not only help me but actually listen as well. The receptionist staff are always helpful. Cheers too you all. BONNY

We were patients of Dr Noel Barker for over 30 years, when he passed away we became patients of Dr Bridget Barker following her to Victoria Point Surgery. She is such a kind, compassionate, empathetic human, so thorough and approachable, which is a rarity these days. It is also lovely to see Kylie working there as well. Regards Ian & Vivienne

Have been attending this clinic for over 20 years, and some doctors are incredible, but the practice has become so money hungry that they are charging full price for a pathology test result over the phone, even when all test results were negative except for the one thing I was already aware of. Even after quoting the $210 pathology test at only $80, thanks for that. Then $88 for the phone call that the reception could have read to me (and they used to back before this clinic put money above their patients health).In this economy, to be charging your patients for a phone call with their test results is criminal. This is forcing us all to choose between paying bills and our health, making many sick people wait until our health becomes a medical emergency to inundate the public health system that already can’t keep up. Make better choices for your patients!

I have been a patient of Dr John Tucker for 7 years. He is polite, cheerful and caring. He explains my conditions and how his diagnosis will help me. Only for. Dr Tucker’s expertise in diagnosis, I would not have survived to be writing this review. But after serious cardiac surgery, I am well now and cannot thank Dr Tucker enough for my life.

Never disappointed. Dr Bridget Bridget is superb. Thorough, kind and humorous. Donna in reception and Kylie are great. Good team.
