I ordered Almond Latte yesterday around 5pm and was waiting for 15 mins for my coffee and then after 15 minutes when I asked a girl for my coffee she said she doesn’t have almond milk and offered me full cream or skim milk. They could tell me when they got the order. Very very disappointed for their service. Very unprofessional.

Bring back customer service, I'd much prefer to be served at the counter by a person than the silly touch panels.It seemed like they could use some more room to make the food and beverages and a few extra hands on deck, the poor staff seemed like they were absolutely swarmed with work, and as a result were trying their best to get everyone's orders and we were all numbers, instead of here's your such and such mate have a good one, it was shout a number and onto the next.C'mon store owners, give the staff some more help and bigger facilities to cope with a bombardment of orders.

Food was served quickly and hot and order was correct but the place was filthy and we wish we’d had the option to take our food away but at the time we didn’t and had to eat there. I had to wait ages for anyone to acknowledge I was at the counter when all I wanted was for the table to be cleaned. I was given the sanitiser spray to clean it myself. So glad we just were passing through the town as we personally would never return here for food.

It was a long and painful wait. I decided to go in as the drive thru was packed. Well that was my mistake. It took me 15 mins to get my order due to a newbie behind the counter. You've got to start somewhere, so it is what it is!!! Long live the Golden Arches.

Staff are very polite and quick and responsive,Place is nice, close to fuel station. clean amenities,Chips wasn't tasty but overall was good to go.

Extremely slow. No attention to detail. Burger paper inside out. Forgot to bring out soft serves to car. Had to wait another ten minutes for them.

Horrible customer service.Orderd 2 mcflurrys, 24 nuggets and a soft serve and I said there was also a soft serve with it, the worker responded you didn't pay for one if it wasn't on the screen its not my problem.Do NOT go here

A few weeks ago had a wrong order put in my drive through order. My food has been dry. Over cooked. And i am put off coming to get food at this place. I will give it a miss as the last meal made me feel very sick. Which makes me question hygene and training. As i see kids and no adults.
