Strategic Tiling

Cannot speak highly enough of Strategic Tiling! Russell was great at communicating everything along the way - in fact at the end of each day he explained what he had done, what his plans were the next day and why this was different to what was in place before. He collected our tiles for us and even showed us a couple of samples to get an idea of what our bathroom might look like. Russell also rescheduled us in when we needed further building works - he was very accommodating. He was really easy to chat to as well and very patient with our yapping dog! Would highly recommend and use again.

Russell did an excellent job regrouting and refixing loose tiles in our ensuite within 2 days. He performed what was required that other grouting specialist companies who quoted could not match. Russell maintained a clean work area and respected our other living spaces. I can highly recommend Russell as a quality tiler.

Russell did a fantastic job on fixing our leaking balcony. The re-grouting and sealing of the tiles made the balcony look like new. Russell is great to deal with, turns up when he says he will, explains everything clearly and leaves the place spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Russell was quick to come out for a site inspection, provide a quote after inspection, and began and completed our shower repairs quickly. Russell is a pleasure to have working in your home. He explains how and why he is doing things and he did an excellent job and clean up. Russell's expertise was at a very high level. We had our balcony done in April 2017. During the rainy days from May 2019, after each rain, water leaks down to our front porch due to cracks in the tiles. We texted Russell on 19Feb 2020 and he came over next day to inspect. That was very prompt. Due to Covid restrictions and Russell was away, he finally had my balcony fixed in Feb 2021.He removed all the old tiles and replaced with much better looking tiles. No more leaks for now. We are very happy with the result.Tip: Russell advised not to use dark tiles with open balcony, the sun is too hot for them. Go for lighter color.We will be looking out for any cracks and will call Russell to come over for any future maintenance. Russell is such a nice, neat and hardworking fellow. I highly recommend Russell for bathroom/shower tile repairs. His years of experience show through by being able to diagnose the cause of a shower leak and efficiently remediate it. The quality of his work is excellent. Russell's communication is also excellent. He even worked on a public holiday to complete our job, which was really appreciated.

Russell fixed our leaky balcony in 2 days. He was very professional to deal with.
