Great service Charlie was very professional and did a great job with my hair colour highly recommended I also absolutely loved the massage chair while having my hair washed. That was a winner for sure

I have thick dark hair (I'm of cookisland/Maori descent)that needs a certain type of care and I hadn't had my hair cut in 7 years (some trims once a year if that) my head still hurts from the ripping,I could actually hear it tear. So 24hours later it still hurts to tigh it up. I felt like my Turning up was a problem too when they saw how long it was i wasn't offered water or tea like anyone else, I made sure to have a picture of what I wanted and said to keep it as long as possible so as no confusion but i was still given no smile or customer service iv never been so uncomfortable in my life I stayed quiet in my seat and waited for the hole thing to be over. I wish I never went I cried when I got home and saw how much was actually taken I thought I said long layers to keep as much length as possible but from my hair that was to my bum to it now at the middle of my back im not a rude person so I smiled paid and left. If you have my type of hair DONT GO it'll just hurt you in the long run, they seem to like only easy white hair.

Great to find such a well appointed salon in this country town. Professional and friendly staff. Loved the head massage ....sheer luxury. Will definitely be back next time I am in town.

Over priced for the work they do. Went in for a a simple wash and hair trim. Didn't get a wash because she liked cutting dry hair then wanted to charge me way extra after to wash it. I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible. I walked out with nearly 4 inches less, greasy hair, and an empty wallet. Not impressed, terrible experience. Everyone wants to feel freshened up and looking nice after going to the hair dresser and this was the furthest thing from it.

Friendly staff, positive vibe. Have also heard that the manager travels to the retirement village frequently to provide haircuts for those who can't make the trip. So I think that speaks for itself really. Professional hair cuts and staff who care about our community.
