Cuts N All

The place it’s self is clean and accommodating with time however it depends on which hair dresser you have. All the girls who work there do a beautiful cut and are very friendly however if you get Michael you are better off walking away. He is rude and yells at you if you have changed your hair at all or have been somewhere else. He takes a lot of time for a terrible cut and charges extra on top of what the place done. He makes you pay in cash so he can pocket some. Last time I had him he cut my hair it was uneven and after telling me off for doing a home dye job and changing my colour without asking he burnt scalp with the hair straightener. He straightened my hair while wet and it really hurt. When I mention it was hurting he didn’t care and continued to do it on wet hair. While I have had good cuts before from the girls that work there I wouldn’t go back in case I get Michael. Don’t go there!

Michael cuts and colours my hair and honestly, he is one of the best hairdressers in Melbourne. Great prices but the reason I go there is I walk out very happy every time. My hair always looks natural and healthy, he takes so much care and I think he is extremely talented.

I wish I read reviews before going to this salon. I got wash and hair cut, price at the end was different from the price on their display.Hair cut was terrible. I show Tiffany few pictures of what I want, she nod straight away but it was so different from what I want, I asked her to fix it, snip snip and she said done. It was terrible, I was so disappointed and she charged me $95!! She even told me to come back to her hair salon at her home for next cut. She completely ignored that I told her I am not happy with her job. I booked another appointment at different salon to fix my terrible hair cut. So dissapointed !!

I got my hair done today by the lady with long blonde hair, never mentioned her name. I was there nearly 5 hours hoping to get my colour fixed into balayge/foils . When I went to pay at reception the girl told me its $470, I was shocked. I have never been to a hairdressers where they charge that much. The receptionist said its because I got ombre done. I said no I asked for balayge, not once did I mention I wanted ombre. Anyway the hairdresser couldn't even have the decency to come over and explain exactly what I was paying for so I stood there arguing with the receptionist. She said it was $70 for a cut, $70 for the toner, the foils price was $235 listed on the board. To me that equals $375.....where has the other $95 come from? My hair doesn't look as much as it cost.Absolute rip off. I wish I had looked at all these reviews before going here.

The hair dresser did a great job with my hair, and I was very pleased with the final result, but it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated. The lady who did my hair was also answering the phone, and taking bookings as she was in the salon on her own when I walked in. She did have a co worker come in a while later, he played around with the computer for a while, and said the computer system went down, and left again. There was a lady waiting as I left, who was waiting for quite a while. I think customer service could be a little better, and with no computer system, there wasn’t an option to make another booking. A review for 'Hair Extensions & Colour Bar Salon' by a friend. The business name has not been updated on google.I’ve been to this salon previously and was happy with service, cost and results however on my last visit I was told my regular hairdresser was no longer available due to illness. ‘Michael’ recommended another stylist ‘Tiffany’ but the results were appalling and nothing like I had requested. When I complained to the salon (Sally) they said it was my fault as I was not taking vitamins to reduce hair thinning and greys. They did not offer a colour correction or refund. I was also charged more for the same service upon each visit. It’s also worth noting that the previous hairdresser had not fallen ill but instead moved on.

I've been going to Cuts n All for over 12 months now and my experience has always been great. Kaitlynd is who i've been seeing and each time she never fails to make my hair beautiful again and is always amazing. Anyone should disregard negative reviews toward Michael as well, he is always smiling and pleasant!! Love your work guys. :)

The owner who did my hair was the worst. I told him I wanted to dye my hair red from black, he told me I would need most of my hair cut off, my hair was so long and he cut half of it off because apparently he was going ‘to bleach it’ A total scam. Do not ever go to this man, he is so unprofessional and if I could take going back to this hairdresser I would. So overpriced and so rude. Worst hairdresser I’ve ever been to, I would never recommend him or this place.

I was charged $1,412 for colour &1/2 head extensions. My hair is fine & above shoulder length.I was not quoted prior & was not given a store receipt after. When I called back and asked Michael to break down the price - only on a 3rd attempt he came closer to the obscene amount I've been charged. I have also asked for a partial refund and was told that that's not happening, when I said that I won't leave it like that he told me I can do whatever I want, and he is going to talk to his lawyer.My colour looks like an apprentice has done it, the foils have leaked at the back and there's just spots of yellow. I can't believe how badly I was ripped off.Also I have spent 8 hours in that salon. I don't think that Michael is a professional hairdresser- because how could one let a client walk out when he saw that underneath of my colour is all leaked through. Its also cut badly. I'm very angry.
