The sales experience was really weird and disappointing. The salesperson, who never introduced herself, came on the test drive with us which I understand is their policy, but dictated the exact 5 minute route we took and hadn’t bothered to take my partner’s licence so wouldn’t let her drive the car. When we returned to the dealership she wouldn’t let us sit in the car with the keys, on a 35 degree day, so we couldn’t test any of the car’s settings. She let us look at the car for 2 mins before coming out and asking us what we thought. Even if we had loved the car we would never have bought from her. I’ve never had such an underwhelming car sales experience.

Customer service is really not your strength.Your strength seems more on the coverup of your incompetence.10 months ago, I went to NMG Service because I had a leak on an injector and a minor leak of oil. Regarding their invoice, they performed cleaning and a test on injectors.Since that intervention, the oil leak hasn't stopped to get worst, to the point I had to refill the oil in the engine and decide to take it back to NMG.After 1 hour of diagnostic, they came back to me saying they need to change all the injectors sealing, and it would take 2 to 3 hours.I answered back that I thought it has already been done last time.They first argued that last time it was an intervention on the exhaust, to dissimulate the fact that they have been the last technical service to have touched the injectors and didn't do their job properly. So I provided them with a copy of the invoice.Then they asked me who did the last service. Just in case they can put the blame on someone else. After a moment, they came back arguing that the mechanic who did the service, should have also change injectors sealing. Service that has occurred before my first visit to NMG. So I asked them why they didn't advise me at this time to perform that operation? No consistent answer.Having no choice to fix that oil leak, I accepted the verbal quote.After 6 (SIX) hours of waiting (when I should only wait 1 hour for diagnostic and 2 to 3 hours for repair, so max 4 hours) I went to the counter to pay my bill. I took advantage to notify the fact I was not really happy for waiting 6 hours instead of 4 hours and that they had wasted my time. They then answered back that they should have invoiced me for 6 hours instead of 4 hours of labour.I told you, the top of the top in terms of customer respect.So next time you go for a service at Nepean Motor Group, be ready to be scammed.

If there is no star or minus rating I give Penrith dealer those rating for those all hassle they make it for me. The worst feeling I got from them and make me hard to buy car from another Mitsubishi dealer too. Especially the so called lady Manager I forgot her name who said to me pay 5% to cancel order" which is $2500. I mentioned my situation before I signed the contract and the sales manager Tylor know about it. I need car after I coming back from holiday and trying to help me. He told me to send a cancellation email and you can buy another. I ordered Mitsubishi Outlander Aspire 2WD 2023 which was not delivered in time and I found a car 2022 model from different dealer but asked me pay same amount $50000 and transport fee as well. I already talked to the another dealer Alto Pennant hills fixed the price in $48000 but they didn't let me buy this car as well after saying I pulled the car from that dealer which I refused. Later on I let it be and buy Mitsubishi Outlander Aspire AWD 2023 from country side dealer in $51000 with $2500 accessories. I never recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst in market. No feeling for customers."

I had Mark. Was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Friendly, informative. Answered all my questions. First time I didn't feel like they were looking at me different because I'm female.After are has been just as good so far.Thanks Mark and also Penny (hope that's right) from the tech side. So helpful with all the tech stuff so I wasn't overwhelmed. Set me up and made it very comfortable for me.Highly recommend

Paul is utterly pathetic, went with high hopes to order a new Triton ute, we wernt allowed to see inside one, wasn't told anything about it, and he wouldn't take our details to quote us.When I asked for some form of brochure at least, I was informed just look online"I even rang ahead before I arrived to make sure there would be someone to help me.Avoid at all costs.."
