Alex in Lovisa Rousehill is very accommodating and very helpful. He did our piercing really well.

Had my third piercings done here over 3 months ago and they still have not healed. I have followed their after care directions but still have experienced such awful pain and have only just started to sleep on my side again. My ears were so swollen that the earring was being swallowed into the hole and every morning I had to painfully push them back out. The antiseptic spray they supply is practically water and doesn't do anything in my opinion.Guys and girls, yes, they are cheap and you get what you pay for. Go to a professional piercing studio!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE AND I REAPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. The $5 your saving is not worth endless ear infections and hospital visits. If you value your hearing and appearance do not get a piercing here. It is completely uneven and took more than 3 years to heal. When the lady first pireced my ear blood went everywhere and she played it off like it's nothing. A 3 minute tutorial does not make you a professional. Honestly shop somewhere else.

Shopped at Rousehill store. Not told about no returns policy. Sent an emailed receipt but not given the option for a paper receipt at all. Tried to return at Penrith was offered a gift card to the value after having to chat and explain I was not told about the policy and was not given a physical receipt.

I recently got my cartilage and doubles done from Lovisa and the experience was pleasant but after everything was done that was not so pleasant. First week had terrible pain with the piercing, second week my double piercing went through my ear which I had to force back out. Now today my cartilage was pushed right into my ear were I had no way of getting it out. I finally had to pull through the back and pull it out as a whole which killed. Now I am left with a massive scar and my ear is all infected. I know it cheap and it looks good while it last but I highly do not recommend getting your piercings done at lovisa! Worse pain I have ever felt with these piercings.

Helpful staff, nice jewellery. not built to last however. I use most of their stuff as burn and churn. Its the fast fashion of jewellery and that's okay.

DO NOT GET AN EAR PIERCING HEREI got my ear pierced here and went to someone else to get a different one, she took one look and took it out. They use cheap jewellery and butterfly backs that are not suitable for new piercings. The lady I went to for my second one is a fully qualified piercer and explained the ins and outs and differences of her procedures in comparison with theirs. She also told me that a girl who worked at lovisa told her their boss tells them ‘it’s wrong but, if you don’t do it, you don’t have a job.’I should have been wiser before getting it done here and actually looked at the way they did things but unfortunately I didn’t so it’s partly my fault for going ahead with it. However stores like this should NOT be allowed to run ear piercing. The sales assistants are not fully qualified and the fact they have no choice because if they don’t do it they will be fired is disgusting.They use a gun and don’t sanitise anything. Just use hand sanitiser.If you want a good piercing I suggest ‘ hills piercing studio Bella vista.

Needed to ask for help as the 3 shop assistants were doing other things. Earring selection was really good. Clean shop.
