Bad experience.Young girl was very rude and also 1 h before the closing time, the only Foo available was ice cream and milk shake! Better go somewhere else!

The strawberry drizzle on their sundae was very disappointing/yucky. And it was all over the sundae, on top, inside, outside, at the bottom. Disgusting warehouse made strawberry syrup, tasted cheap and inedible.All gelato & icecream were below average….and the waffle tasted a bit salty for some reason.

Ordered online. When I have ordered from this place I have received my food with toppings that weren’t in the food description. I am allergic to banana, so therefore have ordered a waffle that has no banana. First waffle was meant to have strawberry and kiwi. I got strawberry and banana. Second waffle was meant to have strawberry and berry. I received strawberry and banana. I was never asked or told that this change was going to happen and was unable to eat my food. I believe that you cannot add toppings that weren’t stated in the description due to allergies and other food concerns. Not happy with this place.
