I went to Mani & Pedi anticipating excellent care, but unfortunately received low quality, rushed, and unprofessional treatment. She continued forcefully filing my nails after glueing them on, filing into the side of my finger at one point. She glued my skin to stop the bleeding after she noticed my finger was starting to bleed. The end product was lumpy, rough, and pointy, and it wasn't worth $75. I will not be going back.

Me and my sister went in today to get nails done me refill of acrylic, sister full set of acrylic nails and it was done in 15 mins they both rushed our nails like they were racing who could finish first. Both our nails turned out bad and I still had some left over colour from my previous nails. Would not recommend!

I asked for one of two designs and they said they could do it. They’d completed 95% of my nails before admitting they had no idea. I asked for something different and the lady was incredibly rude and left me sitting there alone. I decided to pay and leave and she tried to charge me $75, I refused. She laughed in my face. Why did she try to charge me for doing a design when I left with acrylics with shellac? Try get in anywhere else before you go here. Oh, and they painted half of them purple instead of black and refused to acknowledge it.

I have great nail services at this place but it’s very hit or miss depending on the nail tech (I use that term loosely) doing your nails. My last service I booked in for as an appointment via the app was appalling. I booked in for a paraffin manicure and the lady didn’t even know what it was, she also cut my cuticles so badly that my finger was bleeding. I won’t be going back.

Had the worst experience here. Thought I should try a new salon but the lady who did my nails was not only rude with no smile, but completely stuffed up my nails. She aggressively and painfully filed and buffed my nails and cut my skin and made it bleed for so long. There was no apology or remorse and made it seem like I was the inconvenience for bleeding even though she was the one who caused it.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could rate this nail salon a minus 10, I would. I have never been so disgusted by a service I have received in my entire life. On Saturday the 4th of March 2023 I went into the salon as a first-time customer to treat myself, I am 8 months pregnant. I requested a deluxe pedicure with Shellac. The price on the board above the service desk stated that a 'deluxe pedicure' was $55 which is the standard price you would pay at any other nail salon. I confirmed with the young girl behind the counter that it was $55 for the service with the shellac. I sat down on the pedicure chair and my feet were in the water for no longer then 5 minutes. The lady proceeded to do the pedicure and performed all the normal things that you would expect for said treatment, she then asked if she could put my feet in a plastic bag with warm wax, I asked what it was making sure it was safe due to being pregnant and she said with broken English that it was 'paraffin wax'. After she confirmed it was safe my feet were placed in the wax for approx. 3 minutes and then removed. I was then given a payment slip which she had written '$75' on. I went up to the counter and explained to the same young lady that I had originally spoken with about the price of $55 for a deluxe pedi with shellac, she proceeded to grab an A4 sized sign from the desk that stated the deluxe pedicure was $75. I stated that this was not the price quoted to me and that I have never paid more than $55-60 max for a shellac pedicure. She said that the price was due to having 'extra's' and mentioned that the extra was the paraffin wax service. I said that wasn't explained to me as an extra. Then a lady behind me waiting (a customer) stepped in and said to the young girl 'you should honour that price of $55 for her you have mislead her'. The young girl didn't respond and stood there like a deer in the headlights. I asked to speak with the manager, and she then came over and I explained the situation to her. She simply said, 'well that's the price love'. I decided to just pay it as the body language was cold and there was obviously going to be no resolution offered. I again reiterated that they shouldn't be advertising a price and then quoting a price if that is not something they honour. I will be telling ALL of my friends and family to avoid this place, its a joke. Rude staff, misleading/false advertising & basic services for a top salon price.

Extremely thrilled with my nails. I normally go to lavenders but they’re terrible, I wanted some nice looking and nice quality ones for a change and decided to give this place a go. I’m so happy I did. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was wonderful and gave me exactly what I was after! She deserves huge recognition10/10!! Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a salon. Colonnades store her name is Jessica. Rude, obnoxious and doesn’t listen to what you want when you’re paying for a service !!!!!! The most painful, I’ve been cut on three of my fingers. $60 for the worst experience on my life. Customers are paying for a service!!!!! Treat them with respect

I have been trying to get in touch with management and got no call back to settle a issue I have from my last experience. I use to be a regular but you've lost my business. This is the last place I'd complain then go into your store. You need to stop over charging people. It's not right and not honest.I will be extra careful not to get over charged again where ever I decide to go.I wish I could have resolved this with management but I can't make people to call me back.

Have been coming here for a long time I had Shellac on toe nails with no pedicure - this is the second time I haven’t had a nice experience. The staff I had was rude as she couldn’t get my nail choice right and kept guessing what colour I chose ( I then had to find it he colour I chose again so she could get the number right) - then as she did my shellac it was so rushed, no care was given - no oil was applied at the end of service like the other lady next to me had ( which is what you guys usually ALWAYS do & then wanted to charge me $40 to paint some polish on my toes when I have been getting charged $35 for years. Really really disappointed and you guys need to really speak to your staff about customer service and not be so rude. I was still thankful for the service but won’t be coming back.
