Great Southern Memorial Park
The grounds are stunning and so very peaceful. All staff we encountered were so very kind and helpful, the nicest funeral home I’ve ever dealt with. A big thank you to Rachael particularly for the kindness shown to my mum during this difficult time. It has helped immensely to relieve her stress knowing her loved one was in such caring hands.

PROS• Helpful, considerate, respectful staff• Simple, low-key facilities for all funeral needs• Quiet grounds with nice layout• Plenty of parkingCONS• Unsightly roadwork or constructionI've been out several times in the last month or so and there have been barriers across part of the road that leads to the parking. Wasn't the kind of first impression you'd really want. There's also an unpaved section with an Exit Only sign, that doesn't lead anywhere. We took it, had to do a u-turn, and come back out to exit.

Do not use this company if you have loved ones overseas that need to stream the service. They offer online streaming but the internet doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Great Southern Memorial Park
We recently had a beautiful dignified service done by Ray, at Beenleigh Simplicity Funerals. The place was beautiful and everything went well. The live streaming viewing done by one's that couldn't be there was perfect and we are still able to view it at a later date. Five stars from me.EDIT: I have just found out that in order to download my own sister's funeral we have to PAY? Sorry l found that a bit of a slap. I would have assumed that would be in the over all cost. And only my brother who arranged the funeral (who has been in hospital) can do it. Not me - the eldest in the family.

We attended a funeral at the chapel. There was plenty of comfortable seating and was nice in the air con. Nice place to farewell a loved one who has passed.

Great Southern Memorial Park
This is a good place to say goodbye to a loved one. I attended a funeral for a friend whose close relative had passed away. The funeral directors were polite and attentive and the grounds were nice too.

These people need to get with the times. If you are unfortunate as we were to lose a loved one during isolation laws then do not use this venue. They set up livestreaming so the adult grandchildren could feel like part of the service but it didnt work. Apparently there is a Telstra black spot at Mt Cotton but I am sure other methods could of been used.

A beautiful resting place. Staff could not be more considerate, consoling, wonderful, understanding, and pleasing. Nothing was too much trouble, my dad couldn't of been in better hands
