Just had the team come in and install a ducted system. Great turn around from quote to installation.

Avoid if its possible. They installed Fujitsu split reverse cycle air conditioner in our brand new townhouse. Its been nearly 3 months since they have acknowledged that something wrong with compressor. After me calling back every week, finally they replaced some boards in the compressor then..now its completely dead. In Canberra peak winter, with 1 infant and a toddler we are now left with no heating. Now I'm at their mercy to come back and fix. They still have not given my any solid time frames on why they would come and fix. Very disappointed with their customer support side of things as well.

I had a warranty claim, rang them twice on a Monday, they never answer the phone or return your calls?

I've had the Climate Doctor over on more than three occasions for different jobs and they have always been reliable and professional. They're my go to people for aircon issues.

Do not use this company.
