Endemic levels of fatigue amongst nursing staff. Paid for an eight hour shift only, yet routinely work eleven hours straight with no lunch/dinner/toilet break's in order to complete required work loads.Without a significant change to nurse/patient ratios this facility is an accident waiting to happen. The turn over rate for Registered Nurses is close to 100%.I would have genuine concerns if I had a loved one residing at this facility.

My Husband has enjoyed his visits for Respite care so much he is happy to go back for further care. The staff are fabulous and make extra effort to care for the residents. Would highly recommend this facility for aged care.

This is a beautiful facility, so light and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had regarding my grandmothers care. It is a great piece of mind knowing my grandmother is cared for and happy.
