I can’t rave about Darren and his team enough. We had a very complicated renovation and flooring needed to overlay tile, slab and stumper floor. We put our trust in Choices due to their expertise and product knowledge and we were not let down. The vinyl hybrid plank looks amazing - not fake at all - and is so easy to clean. The layer was professional and went to extra lengths to finish off neatly and professionally.

My partner rang up asking for some smoothedges. When she went to pick them up she was charged the manager’s “special” price of $10 a length, when we could just go across the road to Bunnings & pay a little over a $1 a length. Luckily I knew this (my partner did not at the time) and I returned them to the store. Totally disgusted they did that to her knowing full well they were ripping her off.We wanted to avoid Bunnings & support a smaller business, but we were just taken advantage of with that pricing. Put me off going here in future knowing they can do this to customers so casually with a smile on their face. For us it was only $30, but it could easily be so much so more for others.

Darren and the team at Choices Flooring did a fantastic job helping us with our home renovation. We needed the flooring done at rather short notice, but the team were up for the challenge and assisted us with everything from the initial product selection, project planning and professional installation. Darren was enthusiastic when he came to my home on the 20/02/2022 to measure and quote. I was not happy with the range of samples Darren had and went in to the Frankston door the following day to look again. There was little in the way of sample boards for me to look at as they were all out on loan. I asked the store to have Darren call me, as I wanted to find out what I would be looking at cost wise in a different range. Darren was away and I was told he would call on Friday. I never got the call and called twice myself. I again called twice on the 26/04/2022. This has set me back and I wish I had organised other quotes. I have now read other reviews and dread to think what would have happened if I had gone ahead and there had been an issue. Darren shouldn't point out faults of other companies and then conduct business like this. I dealt with Darren with good will and honesty, but feel I didn't get the courtesy of it in return. Obviously I am going elsewhere and the company I have chosen have 5 star reviews across the board.

Highly recommend Darren and his team from Choices Flooring. We first used them for carpet and then more recently for a floating vinyl hybrid floor. Nothing was too much trouble, no pressure and Darren went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our selected floor. The install was a big job and Clint the installer was super professional and his thorough attention to detail made the fit and finish perfect! If you require any flooring or advice definitely give Darren and his team call.

We purchased our first home and Choices Flooring Frankston took us through the process of choosing timber and carpet. We expected it to be harder than it was but they made it so simple. We have used Darren from Choices Flooring twice now in the same house as we slowly renovate. From start to finish Darren was brilliant. Always on time for site measures, quick turn around time as soon as we said we were ready, 10mm underlay not 8mm like other quotes and competitive pricing! Probably one of the best trades we have used. Rod who installed the carpet always touched base on what time he would be here and has done a brilliant job. Don't go elsewhere you will regret it!

The service from Darren and the team has been fantastic.They have been very flexible with our timing and made dealing with a breeze.We had tiles lifted and new floating floor install and we couldn't be happier with the results.Highly recommended

Wow, where do I start.After experiencing some internal flooding to our living room after a heavy 3 days of rain, thank god I had Darren Goss and his staff down at Choices Flooring Frankston.They were so comforting and reassuring that they would achieve the results I was so desperately needing.I very rarely write a “Google review” but after such a positive experience with Darren and Choices I felt like they really deserved it.I also felt their pricing points were very reasonable compared to past experiences with other flooring companies, which is always a bonus.Highly recommend!!!
