I haven't worked within this specific distribution centre, though I do get to work with their team from time to time - and all I can say is that they have incredible people working there and they accomplish a lot. This facility has been around for many, many years now - though it's still relevant. As with all Woolworths DCs, it pays well, which, for many enables them to spend more time doing the things they love - as was my experience working over at their Laverton distribution centre.

Worst place to work as they don’t care about their employees all they care about is what they want as for them it’s either their way or the Highway. Recruitment company are no better as they’re completely rude towards employees and need to know every little detail when it comes to your personal life although you’re a casual.

Well it s that we cannot get Woolworth and the metro stores to stock some of the food items that we mostly require and they won’t bring it in for us especially when we requested some thing I particularly need the salt and pepper squid and they won’t bring it in for us

It’s the only DC I’ve been to in Australia where you can drive in unload and drive out all within 20 minutes. Produce side of Woolworths.

My reason to be there was a visit to head office area, the actual distribution section is well away from where I wasBut in general woolworths do try hard to keep standards, & their truck drivers as one of the best on the road on a, daily /weekly basis,

Not sure about the working condition,But of what I haven seen I will give it 3 star. And let room for improvement because it's one of the biggest distribution company in Melbourne VIC.The only downside is Linfox and Woolworths in the same building some time it's confusing for the traffic inspector to direct you at the right loading dock....
