There is no way I would be surviving quarantine so easily without this type of quality food. This is by far and away the best food I have ever received in any kind of similar conference/group setting anywhere. Happy to pay for quarantine with this quality fresh diverse healthy food that well caters for those of us with allergies and special needs and would definitely engage this company for catering if I ever needed it up here...WELL DONE! :)p.s for those who complain the food is too gourmet" you could have some frozen four n twenty pies and chips on standby like I saw one hotel quarantine person have as his actual meal...and apparently this was charged to the government at $45! :-o"

The food we've received in quarantine at Howard Springs has been great. I've really appreciated the effort and thought that has gone into providing healthy and tasty meals each day. Really an excellent service all round!

I am currently in Darwin quarantine. I got the same dal fry for 5 continuos days. It tasted exact the same evey single day..so it seems that what they made on day 1 they supplied the same for 5 days.. Apart from that have got jackfruit curry ( with no jack fruit in it ) for 3 days.. thats it.. same 2 dishes getting repeated for dinner.. for breakfast and lunch getting almost same salad bowl everyday.. same with desserts and yogurt.. banana cake batter made into a slice one day muffin another day and bread the next day.. very disappointing.. poor quality and quantity being provided by the catering in quarantine facility..

The food quality and home-made taste from Karen Sheldon Catering meals is second-to-none, and I would go as far to say some dishes are on Michelin Star level. I really enjoyed the meals while at Howard Spring Quarantine Facility in Darwin, NT. I can highly recommend Karen Sheldon with my highest commendations for any catering needs you may have for personal, business, corporate or government. A+++++

I am quarantined in Howard Springs and have to say I’m genuinely surprised at the quality and freshness of our daily meals. The outstanding meal in the 4 days here has been the seafood and chicken laksa followed by a panacotta with berry coulis. The morning chia pudding was great too. Honestly I don’t know how they feed 500 people a day with a hot meal and delicious prepacked breakfasts and lunches that stay fresh and tasty. I’ve seen the terrible meals served to people in quarantine in hotels across Australia and it isn’t pretty, so brava Karen Sheldon!

i im also in quarantine and have received same old curry every day for breakfast lunch and dinner ! Food repeated every day form last 8 days. I expected fresh food to be provided but forced to give a week old food to my infants. No option to give 0 star.

I'm nearly half way through my quarantine at Howard Springs. The food I've received has been very delicious and tasty.Very impressed with the variety of dishes each day. I especially love the chicken and prawn laksa, duck salad, home made quiche and brownie.Keep up the good work! I can't wait for the rest of the meals.

The food is beyond delicious, there hasn’t been a dish that I didn’t enjoy.So glad this catering company won the contract to supply the Howard Springs (quarantine facility).Keep up the great work and thanks for keeping us fed and happy.

I am in the Howard Springs Quarantine Facility having arrived from London. Karen Sheldon does the catering for the international section and the food is absolutely excellent.I'm a big foodie and travel around the world and have had some amazing food....so I am hard to please.The quality and taste is excellent!!! So I can only imagine how fabulous the food must be for events she caters for.Also the staff that deliver our food are so lovely. They will go out of their way to help.Great job and based on what I have eaten I would definitely hire this company for catering.
