The options are amazing and come at a wide range of prices - you will always be spoiled for choice.The team, particularly Cathy, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cathy endeavoured to provide the best service possible, and succeeded. She provided me with ample information on engagement rings, showing me the differences between them. The entire process was prompt and smooth. She was able to provide a really quick turnaround time for me and brought such a magical event closer forwards. Thank you!Fantastic service accompanied by a friendly atmosphere always leaves a reason for me to come back.

I bought a Versace watch for a gift as they said you could get a refund within 30 days. I went to get a refund and they said I couldn't because it was on sale. These guys are liars.

Heard alot of good things about this place from friends and family.HOWEVER, Few months ago ordered some merchandise for my partners bday. I paid for the items in full. When i got a call to say the items where in, i found out not only did they stuff up and order the wrong item, they also mentioned they wouldn't get it now as it was sold out in all Australia.Cherry on top, they wouldn't refund my money and forced me to use store credit and purchase an item i didn't want. No ownership or compassion. would never recommend !
