I ordered some items that ended up being delayed but the customer service team/staff in store are amazing in regards to communication. They let me know every step of the way what was going on, and though noone likes to wait, I'm really happy with what I got.No regrets at all ordering through Ronin Games.

I have been to this store a few times, spent money more than half of my visits, and while they have a cool catalogue, the service/attention is the worst of any such shop in Canberra.If you have questions about anything or want to deal with friendly staff, I recommend going somewhere else. Bare minimum effort here.And I don't mean I expect staff chasing you around the store asking if you need help (that's annoying). I mean walking in to the empty store and asking one or two questions about specific stuff doesn't goes too well. They seem eager for you to leave rather than offering any kind of service. (And again. Not a one-off)

I used to like this shop a lot but the last two visits have definitely changed my mind to not going there again. 1. Do not take Funko pops to sell or trade because they go off ebay instead of a dependable source like Funko or Hobbydb and try to low ball you. 2. Apparently playing a card game is more important than helping out a paying customer. Not coming back here again.

I purchased a MTG Warhammer Commander deck through Ronin Games, and there were some stock and shipping delays that everyone from the second order wave faced.Oliver was amazing at keeping in regular email contact, making sure to update on the ups & downs of the process as they happened.The packaging was damaged on arrival but thanks to the excellent packing bubbles used, nothing inside was damaged!Very happy customer - highly recommend for the great attitude, affordability and thorough communication.Thanks Oliver + Ronin Games!

Didn't actually make it into the store, but the gaming room adjacent held a Kings of War tournament of 16 players comfortably. Nice staff. Great location convenient to a food court, toilets, and a good café.

Wandered down to Westfield Woden on a whim one day during my recent trip down to Canberra - stumbled across what can only be described as pure nerdtopia.I don't think I've ever stepped into as large of a shop that has a bit of everything in the one place, all so organised and well presented quite like this one.Staff are also pleasant to chat with and most helpful.
