Curtain Wave

I have never left a bad review in my entire life. Please do not go with Curtain Wave. They were very keen in their Sales. Calling me to check if I got the quote, coming over to show me samples, they had a lot of time for me then. Then I paid a deposit in mid June and was told plantation shutters 7 weeks. Contacted them about end of July to ask when they would be coming to install. Was told end of August. Towards end of August contacted Zak. No answer. Messaged Zak. No answer. Nothing. Called the wholesale company MYT Shutters. Apparently the order had only just been placed, expect end of September. Contacted Zak. Guess what, no answer. Getting desperate but since I could not get in contact with owner Zak, waited to call him towards end of September when I knew he would have the shutters. At last got a call back and he came to install, so at least I only came away with stress and not loss of money. He gave me a story about how he has had issues with other customer payments but what I don't understand is why he couldn't just call me back. Recently, I have had issues with one of the shutters installed. Contacted Zak. He said he'd come and have a look. The day came and went, no one came. Tried to call again and again. Guess what, no answer. Still no answer! Wholesaler says not their problem, it's an install issue. Do not trust Curtain Wave.

Can I even say ZERO stars? Similar to a customer who reviewed a week ago. We had no shows without notice since April. WE were the ones who had to chase him up for jobs, even gave him extensions if he's too busy. Zak Karim had taken advantage of our kindness and kept either showing up late or not showing up at all and we had to chase him back. Finally done with roller blinds, but curtains are of poor workmanship, with holes everywhere on the fabric in the MIDDLE of the curtains themselves. The bottoms of the curtains were so obviously uneven, we didn't even want them. We were promised shutter install in October with most of the deposit paid. Guess what? No show. No show. No show. And? No answer. No answer. No answer. Followed by blocking the calls from one of our phone numbers. Don't waste your money, time or health. You'll be stress-stricken, poorer and wish you never even heard of this person or company.
