Amazing customer service for an order that went missing on courier. Reported, resent and received in 2 days! Sean was so prompt in communicating and I’ll be ordering from them again for sure.

Sean is amazing to watch work and gave a lesson to my family and I which was a wonderful experience. Sean was very knowledgeable and patient with us and made it extremely fun for our 6yo too! Thanks Sean! We would highly recommend Sean and the Clay Commune for all your Ceramic needs!

Very slow Service on online order. (I still have not received my product). I received no response to my enquiry as to shipping. When they finally decided to ship the order they didn't arrange for it to be picked up by the courier for another week. I got the impression that if I hadn't followed up on the order it was being overlooked.PS - whilst disappointingly slow my order arrived this afternoon and a reply evidently was sent following my enquiry but disappeared in my junk mail.
