went here today to return an item and was served by joel. at first he was helpful but after i asked when something would happen all i was getting was attitude. i understand that you may have other things you need to do but the thing that needed to happen for me took maybe 2 minutes maximum. i'm next expecting it to happen straight away but when explaining this attitude was not needed! i doubt i will be returning here and if i do it will be when joel isn't working! not happy with the service i received today not happy at all

The staff were very helpful today while shopping for extra Wahl accessories for my previous Wahl purchase the other day. Considering the current unfortunate circumstances the world is in, they still offered their products at a great price. In fact they might as well just give it away. No follow up service for faulty products or warranty claims. Sales staff offer no help and do not follow up, it is all lip service. David Jones & Myer offer better service.

I've always had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. Recently went in there to buy a replacement beard trimmer for myself and one for my son. The particular model I was chasing seemed to be out of stock, but Alison went over and above to find me some. Her manner was most pleasant and product knowledge exceptional.
