My original order was dispatched and delivered promptly. When I opened the package one of the awning tie down hooks was missing. I contacted RV Express to let them know and they sent me a new one straight away and I received it the next day. I have no hesitation in recommending RV Parts Express. Excellent Service.

These guys never answer replies to email queries. Always an excuse when you have to follow up with call - too busy, covid, sick staff, tech issue etc. But its been going on for at least 18 months. That is not a sick staff member" or "broken website" - that is just poor customer service.Very frustrating

I ordered my RV cover at a great price, Placed the order on Thursday & received it on Friday the reason fort he great price was the carton was damaged, I don't need the carton and it was like $150 - $200 off perfect.Very happy with the purchase.

Ordered a side wall privacy screen for our caravan brand was coast to coast so it matched our other privacy screen rang tv express to check it was the right one and the guy I spoke to was very helpful ordered it on the Monday and next day Tuesday received notification to say delivered less than 24 hours later we live in WA so they Definately live up to their name rv parts express this is the first time we have used them so will Definately tell our friends thank you
