Bellarine Building Design and Drafting
Honestly go elsewhere. He used outdated materials in my design. I want to purchase the timber for the bearers and the SHOP ASSISTANT at Wellington Mitre 10 LAUGHED as he told me the system was outdated and recommended using contemporary materials. The person who he got to do the energy rating was just a joke. I could not even get windows made to meet his requirements. Lucky we had a good building surveyor who agreed to changes.
