Amazing vets. Sadly I had to put my old cat to sleep yesterday. The vet was so very kind and understanding and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in a private room saying our goodbyes. All the staff that we dealt with understood our pain and comforted us as much as they could. Would recommend them 100% for all your vet needs. I cannot fault them at all and was so grateful to have such caring people around when we had to make this hard decision.

Professional and extremely helpful. My dog Mia experienced a torn dew claw resulting in a very painful experience for her. We arrived at Petstock Brighton, a couple minutes before they opened and the vet nurse opened the clinic and welcomed us into the consult room straight away to view Mia. I was reassured that she would need medical treatment and was provided with information in relation the vet arriving. The vet arrived and Mia was checked over. A plan was established and Mia received some pain relief. We were allowed to take her home for her comfort until surgery at 11:30am. This not only enabled us to feel less worried but ensured Mia and our other dog Mac were stressed for the least amount of time possible especially as Mac has separation anxiety without Mia. We dropped Mia off and I was able to place her in the kennel myself as she was nervous. The surgery was a success, medication and information provided and payment easily made. All of this was timely, professional and friendly. It made my 38 week pregnant wife and I feel like they treated Mia as a family member and got her sorted out straight away. Thank you to the vet nurses who do an amazing job with the clients and the vet providing quality care and treatment.

First visit to this vet. From the very knowledgable and friendly reception to the caring nature of the vet. I will be back whenever my cats need care. Highly recommended.

I just wanted people to know how amazing this practice is. I’ve had dogs and cats with them for years now and can’t recommend the vets and nurses here enough. Today we had a huge emergency with out 15 year old black cat who is extremely important to us. Dr Zoe and the team were outstanding and compassionate. The care was second to none and I want to offer my thanks and gratitude for the way both myself and my partner and Salem were cared for.

With each appointment we attend, she receives great service, and I am very grateful for that, so thank you.

After our precious 15 year old rescued Golden Retriever (I rescued him when he was 6) passed away humanely at home with my husband and I by his side in March 2021, I knew I was heading down a dark path of depression. That was when my husband organised a meet and greet with our now rescued 4 year old German Shepherd in late June. We spent about $400 at PETstock the day before she came into our care. She absolutely loves the Prime100 SPD Lamb & Rosemary logs we cut up in much smaller pieces for her treats, as well as the Kangaroo Fillets. The staff there are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Brighton PETstock are going be our go to. A+++

This Pet Store has the best customer service by far. All the staff greet you at the door and are very knowledgeable. At checkout they always offer to help carry the dog food to the car.Highly recommended a visit.
