I've purchased several sets of EL34, 6CA7, and 12AU7 tubes over the past ten years or so from Evatco. Great service and high quality products. I got some NOS Philips 12AU7's around ten years ago and they are still working well [must have 10,000 hrs on them by now at least].

Item was 'in stock' on website but wasn't actually in stock.Got a 7 word terse reply when I enquired as to dispatch information.2 weeks later and still no stuff. Probably won't get it in time for Xmas despite ordering on the 8th December.Not a great first impression for me.
