Bought 3 trial rifles here. Staff was very helpful on purchase however the next day we returned with faults in all 3 rifles (the batteries in the batch were faulty). Upon return we experienced below average service. The staff member didn’t seem too interested in assisting find the faults or offering much assistance. there was one instance where the staff member was rude and ultimately this was the decision point for us to return the rifles and shop else where.Would expect a higher level of professionalism. There was potential for another 20 rifles to be purchased, an opportunity which has now gone to their competition.Upon further searching, we found better prices, selection and knowledge base at their rivals.

I put my AK47 in for repair on the 21st of july 2020, because it wouldn't shoot. I have just got it back after over 20 phone calls, 5 visits and 9 months wait and it's still broken. Even more than when I dropped it off. The latch that holds the battery cover closed is missing and it still doesn't shoot. When my hubby mentioned it he was told I'm sorry but the parts after 9 months are not available and we don't stock them anymore." However there would have been 12 in the store when I put mine in for repair."
