I came to decide to use Mr Duct Cleaning Melbourne Service for cleaning my evaporative cooling system after I read review on Google, I thought the job would be smooth as the Google rating indicates, but the result went the other direction, I was totally shocked & appalled.Firstly, the Tradie was ill-mannered. He started job with bad mood, he felt very irritated and impatient when customer ask him questions, or raised reasonable request to protect home furniture.Secondly, he is very unprofessional. When he clean cooling vent on kitchen's ceiling, he used air-blower to blow the dust out of vent, without giving any protection to prevent dust from spreading in the kitchen, resulted in that the whole kitchen was full of dust, and dust landed everywhere in kitchen, customer has to vacuum the floor, clean the dusted kitchenware after he'd gone. He used the same techniques to blow dust in all my bedrooms too, without giving or advsing any protection to my bed sheets!When he was using ladder inside the house, he didn't give any protection on timber floor, this had caused permanent visible dents and streaks on surface of timber floor. When my father advised him to give some protection to floor, he refused and responded I am always doing job like this

Leon came out to our place to do an inspection and clean of our ducts. Leon was very thorough, polite and did a great job. He really went above and beyond to delivered a great service. We’ll be more than happy to recommend DuctMasters.

The job is Gas Central Duct Heating cleaning, 10 ducts.Chris arrived in time, completed the job in an hour, satisfactorily to me.Initially, when he asked for a sink to wash a duct's cover I was quite impressed... but that is the only one that he took a good care. After Chris left, I had to wash other 6 covers needed to be washed.Apart from the return air duct that I can see he applied tea tree oil, I am not sure if he did that with the other 10 ducts!I wish I could give Chris a better review next time.

Before and after speaks for itself. Extremely efficient and got the job done really well. Good choice for me and willl definitely recommend Terry.

Jordan was great, he was on time very professional, did a good cleaning all round the aircon and the vents. He made sure there is no mess left behind. Will definitely use his services again!
