They have excellent staff even though I was unable to find the art feature that I was after but lady at front desk (sorry I forgot your name) was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, any glass work can be made there. Huge variety

The reason I gave one star is that the receptionist Laura was rude, a liar of the worst kind. When we ordered our mirrors, the accessories were promised to send us straight after. But after 4 or 5 times of phone calls, every time I was told by the receptionist Laura that she sent them until one day I asked her for the tracking number. She could not give me and got another guy to ring me and promised to send again. Of course I did not receive them again. In the end my husband had to go to the shop to pick up. I can't believe the director of the company hired such a dishonest person to look after its customer service.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!I placed an order for a Glass Foyer Sign - with paint filled text.- Poor service took 3 months to complete job from start to finish". At the end It was the incorrect color.- Very bad communication "They don't explain anything. Just take it & leave

Worst customer service I think i've every received. First phone call, lady was very abrupt and made me feel like an idiot when I was asking questions. Went into the showroom, tried to explain what I wanted again and all three people behind counter hardly looked at me and were very dismissive. Lady was doing her makeup at the same time. Was looking at glass samples for a few minutes and not once asked if I needed more help. Won't be buying here out of sheer rudeness.

Low iron glass is cloudyOrdered 2 pieces of glass for a door with different size doors.The pattern is stretched on the bigger door...now I have a door with patterns that don't match.

Worst customer service! a bunch of impulsive liars! I was after a certain product and received a quote for it. happy to go through with an order and Robert decided that 'I didn't explain my specs properly and the quote is now $90 more'. He didn't want to take responsibility of the ONE product he quoted wrong. Francesca also was rude and of no help - no one wanted to put me through to any higher ups, obviously because they had stuffed up. Note to self, always request a quote via email even if they tell you why do you want an email

ordered antique mirror and it arrived in the wrong cut size so it didn't fit my frame. Got no response to my numerous emails and every time I called they said they would look into it and call me back but never would
