Terrible customer service. If you want to return or exchange unworn shoes that are too small... beware. They won't even open the shoe box to examine the product. (...this is in reference to the woman who works at the store on Saturday afternoons).

I have been shopping here for years as it is one of the best shoe shops on the southside for smart, classic style shoes and sandals. They have a range of shoes in small sizes which are rare to find. I've always had good customer service and the prices for quality shoes is not exorbitant.

I bought a few pairs of shoes from this store. They are so comfortable. I feel like wearing a sport shoe but in business shoes. In terms of price, I think you should wait for when they have on special discounts. I find staff are friendly. They offer to stretch your shoes if they are too tight. I also bought some perfume diffusers. They smell so nice.

Uniquely designed pretty shoes that you will not find in any other store. Quality leather and comfortable. I have shopped their for years. If anyone need very small sizes I think they have sizes as small as 3.5.
