Very close to Port Arthur. Rooms are spacious, and bed was very comfortable.Room and bathroom were spotless. Wine and beer available at very reasonable prices in the room.I would stay again.

Booked a 2 bedroom villa for an overnight stay for 4 adults. We loved the fact that both bedrooms were appointed with Queen beds each. Unfortunately, something might have been wrong with their water system because both cold and hot water were yellow. The kettle had also seen better days and could use with a clean from the rust build up.

Had a lovely stay in Port Arthur Villas after doing the Three Capes Walk. It had everything we needed and was in easy access to everything. When I left my Kindle in the room they very generously sent it to me. So much appreciated.

Confortable big units with big bedrooms and a complete kitchen. All units have an outside space with table and chairs. The hotel provides games and books for guests. There is a coin laundry for guests. Linda, Teresa and Sam are so gentil and helpful as I have never seen before - they made our stay memorable . I would definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed in number one Henry Savery- on arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception- this is where the good news stops. The smell in the room took us a back (having a young man with autism- made this extremely difficult) burnt popcorn and old socks…The locks are another issue - bedroom one does not lock- bedroom two locks from the outside - which is very weird. There was only one cup!!! Difficult for a tea consumption we all had to share.Beds totally uncomfortable. And finally, to top off one of the worst accommodation- that I have ever stayed in - there was NO wifi - imagine the children!!!! NO NETFLIX- how could you do this- weekend ruined!!!!Visiting Port Arthur was our saving grace. Please attempt to fix your wifi and amend the cup issue. Not sure how you can fix the smell- however buying a new bed might be worth your while…Edit- found the cups- still in the dishwasher!!

Port Arthur Villas were absolutely beautiful and terrific. The managers were so welcoming, friendly and informative. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything you need for a lovely stay. Port Arthur Villas are set on beautiful grounds and very peaceful. They are centrally located to the Historic site, cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A very nice location to stay the night. The apartment I had had nothing left to desire for. Can definitely recommend it for another time.

After being let down by another facility, we were welcomed with open arms. Also after being told the local pub was full for dinner, the lovely helpful lady offered to give them a call to get us in, but, we declined and went to the local take away burger bar, which was just so yummy. The room was warm and very clean and stocked up with everything you need.Thank you very much for having us.

We booked our trip through Tas VacationsLooking at the advertising we saw a picturesque establishment of solid brick overlooking a garden setting. Looking forward to our visit. Our booking specified Studio Villa (Queen/Single) which would generally mean a queen bed and a single in the same room.On arrival during business hours we picked up our key from the unattended reception, drove past the picturesque section to our VILLA" which could have been mistaken from a distance for the third of a small prefabricated transportable house. Less than you might expect for a cabin in a caravan park. Hardly a 4 star ratingSmall room with limited self catering facilities. We were advised to buy supplies before we arrived due to limited dining options.Lucky we booked to dine out because the "kitchen" area to say the least is limited with cooking equipment crammed into one small draw. You would be lucky to cook bacon and eggs and a piece of toast. There was no single bed as suggested.I would challenge anyone to design a smaller bathroom. To pull out a draw in the bathroom cabinet you have to open the bathroom door to make room.Unfortunately we were in the room on a windy night so we got plenty of fresh air whistling loudly through the gaps around the front door. In addition there was a sound due to the design of the building that sounded like whale song. Sleeping was difficult as you could have been in a pod of whales that were continually communicating with one another. Not impressed."
