You would be better served by selling your property yourself by purchasing a portal on a real estate website or through another means. They were nice enough, but I wouldn't recommend them for selling real estate.

We had a property listed with Suttons and twice after taking prospective buyers through the property they left the property open... they did not close up and lock up the house when they left.They also did not get back to us after showing people through and we did not received a progress report re local sales in the 7 months it was listed with them.I do not recommend using them at all.

Will never deal with them again, nothing but false advertising and blatant lies that continually changed. A total waste of my time and money. Worst real estate agents that I have come across. Very Very Dishonest People. Should not be in business. I will be complaining to REIQ.
