I can highly recommend these two friendly professional trainers Martin and Jason. Twice a week sessions with Jason are always fun and time flies. A very knowledgeable pair who cater to the individual and adjust your training session according to injuries. They are extremely encouraging, motivating and supportive of your health and fitness. Attending Evolve regularly has had a positive impact on me both mentally and physically.

Martin & (from what I've seen) Jason are both first class trainers - mixing up the routines, keeping gentle pressure on to push a little harder, very competent and friendly. My twice weekly attendance over the last 2 and 1/2 years means I am physically fitter and have got older slower" than if I had joined a normal gym or tried to exercise more at home. All I have to do is turn up at Evolve and Martin will push me around - I'm outsourcing the motivation!!"

I like that I can train with both, Jason & Martin as the training sessions and style of training varies constantly with the two trainers, and hence keeps the sessions fresh and interesting. The sessions are challenging, but they are constantly watching to ensure you do the exercises correctly. For me I need this style of commitment otherwise I would make all the necessary excuses why not to train. Apart from the training you also have fun with the banter with the trainers. I would highly recommend Evolve Health & Fitness
