ANNE! Wish there were 10 stars to click!! I was extremely lucky to speak with Anne over our Hospital Insurance Policy this morning, March 27th til 9.27 am (her time). This lady was just so great! She listened to my 'rambling' (I only had had 3 hours sleep I was so upset) without interruption, & was so calm and kind and understanding, she must truly be a Saint! Anne obviously is very experienced with these sorts of problems as she knew exactly what to do, whilst being very caring about me. I was so relieved by the time the issue had been resolved very satisfactorily, I forgot I had said I'd do the survey at the end of our conversation.

Went to the dentist. So much better than my usual dentist. Finally feel I can smile! Moved over to the optometrist for this reason, again, 110% satisfied
