I have finally found someone who can permanently tattoo my eyebrows to perfection!!! I have so much trust in Serene because she truly cares about the long term effect of every single treatment.I’ve experienced my fair share of beauticians and makeup up artists and no one compares in regards to attention to detail, care and precision. Serene is so talented and personable.I use Serene to do my makeup for all my special events! Not only does it last the entire day, but she knows how to highlight my features and hide my flaws whether it’s a live event or photoshoot.I always leave feeling happy, looking my best and feeling my best.
