They keep trying to charge my mother more for putting a script in early, she has not been getting them filled early. We went to another chemist and they know nothing about charging more for putting scripts in early. We won't be coming back.

Called in last night as competitor was out of pulmicort inhaler and omeprazole.Asked if they price match as advertised outside their shop and told we will check.I was called up to the desk when the scripts were ready and asked how much they were and told $26.49 for pulmicort and $10.49 by male pharmacist.Asked if they match the competition at $22.50 and $7.99 and told no we can’t that’s the best we can do.Now I know this is only a difference of $6.50 but the point is why say you will beat your competitors and not actually follow through?

It is pretty rare for me to write a review. I typically only write very positive, or very negative ones. This review is the former. I purchase scripts and shop items rather frequently here. The staff have always been very friendly, and the time to process a prescription has always been speedy. I have been to a number of pharmacies within the area, and without a doubt, this one is the best. They give honest advice, and are always very friendly.

Selling nearly expire Item! I bought a rhinocourt nasal sprey on 15 of August 2021 which I came to know having expiry sept 2021. It was 60 dose. How can someone use 60 dose that lasts for 24 hrs each spray?

We have been customers of this Chemist for around 15 years and have seen many name changes and staff changes however one thing that has not changed is the level of commitment, compassion and friendliness of the staff.Nothing seems to be a problem and stock ordering is fast with around a days waiting time.Our perscriptions are held on file for easy dispensation when needed and we have personal records held on file with medicare, pensioner card and diabeties information available if needed.Very friendly helpfull staff a pleasure to deal with.It's worth the drive from Kelmscott to Gosnells.

They always have my more obscure medication in stock when no other chemist in the area does. They have a full range of my favourite skincare brand and my click and collect orders so far, have taken no longer than 20 minutes to be ready. I am really happy with their service.

I have been a customer for years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful until last night their security guard assaulted my son and ripped a up a $300 jumper he was wearing. the violence and slanderous wrongful allegations are just not called for so until that security guard is removed myself and my family will not be going there anymore as fear of saftey of an unstable security guard.

Well we had an issue here getting vaccinated on Wednesday (3rd jab) they refused at first to administer the vaccination we wantedAfter a hour or so I rang and spoke to the head pharmacist who agreed to provide the vaccine we booked for some weeks agoThe great thing about living in a free country is you have choices, we understand that for whatever reason the person who administers these vaccines has a choice as well or are directed by whoever to push what the government wants you to have, thank goodness someone chose to ignore this direction

I just received my mothers medication. But not in the that was meant to be organised in the webster pack and now i have to manage the dosage i have no phd or anything like that so do i just give mum one of it for drives i want to wait what he was me ..... This should be reported
