Very professional, friendly and an efficient end to end process! We were delighted to get our new Ssayong Rexton on 20th Dec through a quick and no fuss process with extra 3 years warranty since they didnt have the exact color we wanted. All the Ssayong Brighton staff were wonderful from the Service Desk, Finance and Delivery. Lachy was a top same as Ravi from Finance and everyone! My wife and kids are ecstatic with the new car! What an easy process this was! We bought a new Ssang Yong Rexton from Kay at Brighton in under an hour. She knew everything about the car, and nothing was too hard for her. She bent over backwards for us! Very detailed and specific towing weight capacity information was sought, and provided by Kay. Unfortunately google doesn't allow a 0 star review. As that's the quality of service I received from this dealership. Here's the horror story ...My ssangyong musso was towed to this dealership as it was the closest to the scene of the incident.My ute was having issues with the 4L/4H feature and was not driveable at all. Hence, I organised a tow directly through ssangyong, little did I know the dealership it would be towed to would be useless and not interested.My vehicle arrived on a Monday to the dealership and no one from the dealership made contact with me, I had to chase it up ... on a daily basis.I was refused a replacement car, which I desperately needed due to my work commitments. Hence I rented out a car through a rental company, out of pocket, for a brand that boasts 7 year warranty.4 days in ... and my patience grew thin. I called in the morning on Thursday, to find out the car was still sitting in the yard, undiagnosed. No one had bothered to even look at the car in the 4 days it was sitting there and yet again, no one bothered to make contact, at all, I was the one chasing it up.After a heated conversation with one of the poorly skilled service reps, I was assured the car would be checked that day.Minutes rolled into hours and the day was about to end. After 4 repeated phone calls towards the end of the day, someone from the service" department finally answered the call

Late review, Musso purchased earlier this year.Like to give a big and huge thank you to Adam in finance, working on my finance problem's, eventho he was in holidays with family. Much appreciated and respect. Definitely would recommend and do business with Adam and the guys at Brighton SsangYong.
