Chemist Warehouse Southport

Super poor quality. Bought this vita gummies few week ago. Can not imagine what happens with products from there. So terrible

So google maps takes you to this place but there is no parking on Scarborough Street, where the entrance is. So turning down a little laneway was where I thought the parking was. A rude staff member from the warehouse comes out and abuses me for parking in what I thought was a carpark for the store. Without offering any assistance, to enable me to shop at the store, she locks me in the carpark and says she’s calling police. How’s that for helpful customer service!!???

Had a very unfriendly customer experience with the manager, quite laughable actually at how rude she as. Eye rolls and stinking attitude from start to finish haha. Maybe she was having a bad day? Hopefully it got better for her and she didn’t treat everyone like that.

I went into store to find a perfume was priced at front counter on special. Upon purchase the staff tried to argue it was the wrong price. There was about ten tags stating the price. But apparently they where all printed wrong. The young girl then persisted in being rude. Horribly experience and it was easily avoidable by just being polite.

Awesome agents. Every agents were happily gave me a hand to find items i was looking for. Fully appreciated.

Asked staff member for a face cream which was none on the shelf, she said nil stock for while. Went out of the shop had coffee came back half hour later for something else she walked in with full box with the creams that I was asking, when she saw me dropped the box on the floor and left, it didn’t bother me I picked one and I took other items as well, I got to the cashier with the same girl at the counter it was very busy when I got to the front door I checked the receipt I was charged twice for the item, went back in no apology at all. Sorry for owner to have people like her to work for them

i went into this store no problems first time with my sister in law. went out no problems and we come back in to return a perfume and i go out and the security guard demanded to see my bag but not hers ?? he was very rude and stuck up about it i know hes trying to do his job but i am under 16 and he did see me walk straight to the counter also not checking anyone elses bags.

went to the Southport GoldCoast chemist warehouse on Sunday (4/9)I asked a few medicine questions to a young male assistantAfter a few minutes of chatting with him, I didn’t get the answer as was trying to get from himI then tried talking to the pharmacist but she completely ignored me and the assistant did not give me any opportunity to discuss with her.After few minutes later I heard them laugh, and conversing mockingly about my question. Their conversation was quite loud and there are other customers in front of thearea (prescription collection) where they were talking.No respect and minimum customer privacy, only discrimination.I was still so upset by their behaviour.Is it your Company way to deal with customer?Laugh and mocking discriminationI believe that any heath and medical area staff should not act in this way.

Huge variety, they always have what I need when it comes to OTC supplements, especially for my IBS. Haircare and skincare have huge dedicated sections as well so you're spoiled for choice. If you're into bleaching and dyeing your hair a lot, the hair dye is cheaper than priceline & they have bleach powder and developer for less than anyone else I've seen.Would like to see more makeup testers though.
