I'm always so excited to buy leather from this place but then I get there and remember why I leave it so long between visits. Get told off pretty much on arrival for not pushing the rolls *all* the way back and basically feel like I'm being a bother with my measly $100 purchase. If I could buy online, I would.On the flipside, the quality of the leather is amazing, levelling out at 3.5 stars.

NSW Leather has so much variety to choose from! I've been coming here since I started leather working 4 years ago. Josef has always been such a knowledgable and beyond helpful person! He is beyond proactive, always remembers me (since I started going there) and knows exactly what I want and the type of leather that's perfect for my project. I always recommend him to my colleagues in the industry.

I was very disappointed to find when I arrived that the site is no longer at Waterloo and is now in Broadmeadows; given that the website address has not changed.Walking into the new site, I was served by the complete opposite to the regular charismatic and helpful older man in the Waterloo store. The gentleman that served me was incredibly unhelpful, incredibly rude and for a business that should still appreciate its singular customers making purchases he reminded me that you will only be treated with respect if you are one of the mega companies buying in bulk . Will never return to this store again!!! Incredibly disappointed. Staffing should certainly be looked at here. Beware!

Joseph gave us an amazing service when shopping at NSW Leather. He not only taught us what leather is best for which product but he also mentored us on how to treat the leather and what conditions each style of leather likes. He showed us around the whole warehouse and was at best service to us. It was such a pleasure to work with someone kind and professional such as Joseph. Will definitely be back for their amazing leathers and service.

I am one delighted customer. I purchased a cowhide today in their showroom that totally exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, beauty and price. The customer service Jo provided was warm, informative and flexible. Six stars from me, their products are superb.

Discovered their site yesterday after checking out the retail outlets. Took a drive there today and was delighted with the range, qualty and price. The service was delivered in a very friendly manner and we walked away with a bargain. (A saving of around $480 on the asking price from one retailer.)Happy to recommend this store.

Whenever visiting Sydney, its a must stop shop for me, they have a HUGE range of lovely high quality leather in so many beautiful colours and textures, it makes me dizzy! unfortunately I do always feel that I’m an inconvenience to the salesman there, even though on the odd occasion he has barked an offer of help. On my last visit, after deciding on four different colour hides, I put the rolls on the counter ready to be opened and selected when I was told In no uncertain terms that I was not allowed to take the rolls of leather out by myself. Seriously? How do you shop with a rule like that? Despite this, the leather is so amazing that I will always shop there and hope next time he’s on a day off!
