Julie is the first counsellor who truly “gets” me. I have had therapy for many years with various counsellors & for the first time I committed to weekly sessions (for just over a year now) because I feel so comfortable and validated by Julie. Nothing shocks her, there is never an underlining feeling of being judged & she truly cares about her clients as the unique individuals they are. She has a wholistic approach; which means she is able to identify that we are made up of more than our past or present traumas & she is able to bring out positives to focus on (even in incredibly dire circumstances). I cannot recommend Julie enough; if you are sitting on the fence about getting therapy then I hope this review encourages you to give Julie a try, as your life will be changed for the better by going on your therapy journey with her.

Julie is so easy to talk to! Her calm nature and wealth of knowledge about all things mental health has made my life better! I would and do recommend her to any friends needing extra support in their lives!

I met Julie a number of years ago when she was working at the Central Coast Women's Health Centre. I have been involved in numerous group therapy sessions for Domestic Violence, Self Esteem, Emotional Eating and Boundaries. I have also been seeing Julie for ongoing one on one counselling sessions and I can honestly say that I have never felt as heard as what I feel when I speak with her.I find her to be empathetic, compassionate and considerate and the counselling service she has provided to me has been invaluable.I cannot recommend her enough.
