My iPhone had a smashed screen. I looked at four repairers, and after speaking with Shaun, it was clear he would be the most technically competent and using the best parts. After getting my phone back, the repair was first class. The process was also great. Shaun is extremely customer focussed. He explained everything clearly and followed up a few days later to ensure everything was as it should be (it was). He wasn’t the cheapest, but the quality parts, lifetime guarantee and peace of mind were worth every penny. I have no reservations in recommending Shaun’s business Seki Gadgets for repairs to your expensive phone.

With a broken screen on a Pixel 6a, Shaun gave a very competitive quote and explained the process well. The communication was great during the repair process and the phone was returned in as new condition. Would recommend Shaun and Seki to anyone who values good customer service.

So pleased I found Seki Gadgets - Shaun is a total professional and went above and beyond to repair my iPhone rear camera. Quick and clear communication, fair pricing, excellent quality and great service, especially the option to borrow a phone while mine was being repaired (although the repair was completed in a few short hours anyway). Shaun was wonderful to deal with and I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs. Highly recommend.

iPhone screen was cracked, lifting and stopped working, found Seki Gadgets close by with amazing reviews and called to drop off my phone. Only took a few hours and my phone was ready for pick up! Was advised whoever had fixed my phone in the past didn’t put back all the screws so it did mean I was scammed previously to go back to get my phone fixed sooner! Never going to a shopping centre phone repairer again! These people take great care, are affordable and truly appreciate you as a customer!
