Flinders Fish & Chips
Unbelievably expensive.18 dollar for a burger, 10 for chips.Dine in restaurant prices without a shred of the quality. For the amount they charge you would expect it be at least enjoyable. Not at all.I’ve been coming here for years and won’t ever return since they’ve upped the prices. I’d love my money back but I know that’s not happening

Your typical fish and chips shop.. atmosphere is really bland the staff two guys that were there had as much personality as a bathroom mat. They seemed nice, though. Prices were reasonable, and the food was great, no complaints about that. I'd go again for sure.

I bought x2 hamburgers with the lot, x2 small chips and two cans of coke. the chips where nice , the hamburger not edible. When I got my bank statement I had been charged $58.46. I thought the price must have been wrong. Rang the shop and they said that is correct. I found the staff not helpful or friendly and would advise anyone not to go there.

VERY Overpriced, overcooked and oily, and items missing. Definitely Not worth the prices we paid. Nearly $20 just for 8 calamari rings to be served this....oh the steamed dim sims were good stick to them.

The burger was pretty terrible (horribly overseasoned with onion powder and clearly mass manufactured), far better off heading next door if that's your preference. Chips were fine, wedges were good but out of stock for sour cream which was disappointing. At least the flake and calamari met expectation. You'd expect a beachside town to have a solid fish n chips store, but sadly not the case...

First time here and pretty sweet spot for lunch if you're in the area. Love the traditional fish and chip shop burger with the lot. Burger was good, small eggplosion however, patty was juicy. Wedges are crispy and a little on the salty side. Can't go wrong here.

Negative reviews are not my thing, but I feel this place needs to work on what they are serving. The most expensive fish and chips I have ever paid for $18 for a really horrible chicken souvalaki, $7 for oily chips and the rest wasn't much good. Sorry to say but you need to work on what you're serving and lower the prices dramatically. Friendly service. That's the only reason for se one star.

Our King George whiting was nice - fresh and moist with crispy batter.Unfortunately our meal was destroyed by the chips being completely smothered in a ridiculous amount of salt and we had to throw them out - they were inedible (you can see the salt in the picture I have posted). It looked like an entire shaker was dumped on the chips. We were not asked if we wanted salt - and even if we did - nobody wants that amount of salt. For the $$ they are charging you want outstanding fish and chips - this fell way short of that.
