I am a retailer getting supplies with Metcash and they always try to rip off their customers as sometimes they double up stock and sometimes charge for 3 items and have sent only 1

I deliver meat to this place. The people who cook there are friendly and helpful. It is predominantly for truckies to pick up refrigerated produce. The speed limit is 20kms around the whole complex and if you go over you get barred from coming back.

Can't quite figure out why all visiting delivery drivers have to wear masks but nobody else does. Makes you feel like a pariah and very discriminated against.

Their approach in regards to staffing is disappointing morally speaking. I've recently begun working as a casual employee for this business once again after a 3 year hiatus via a labour hire company by the name of manpower. My hourly rate is identical to the hourly rate I was receiving in 2017. Despite record inflation and the unfortunate events and implications of Covid19, The pay has not increased at all in the last 5 years. Very disappointing to say the least.

We are a Chinese restaurant and have been a royal customer with Metcash for their vegetables for many years. However since last December they have imposed a $60 freight charge to every customer every delivery. We emailed them and phoned them many many times before finally were able to talk to their manager Maro, who is extremely rude over the phone and basically saying they don't care and they have to charge us the overpriced delivery fee.Very disappointed about their answer and the way they conduct business - no respect to customer at all. So ok, i am not your customer any more and good luck for all other people still with metcash.
