My wife's car battery was flat so I went to the well super car parts place - they didn't have the required model. 'Oh - it is a rare one' and next delivery is in 6 days. It can't be that rare as it comes from a popular car and five doors down the road Battery World had the required model in 2 brands

NBN Battery wasn't function correctly> rang them_ I Live nearby the store and have used them before and fixed my problem with a smile. A new Battery,very cheap too and now the Internet is actually fast again.Thanks so much. Thanks to Andrew who I originally spoke to who recommended it was faulty and not sure who served me but thank you too.

Absolutely fantastic service! They are friendly yet professional and do care about the clients… highly recommend!Car battery died and they went above and beyond to assist me even when it was close to close time . Though it was very close to the shop they were understanding and did it professionally..

Excellent services, they are very professionally and helpful nature.I went there with flat car battery and got it replaced with brand new battery with nominal price. When I drive the car I found aircon, door lights and radio stop working. I gave them a call and they said don’t worry come back whenever you free. I went after one week and they check all the points and replace the faulty fuse free of cost even it wasn’t their job to check all this. Thanks for the helpful nature. Highly recommended for any battery related problems.

service 10 out of 10 , your sales person took the time to asked year model and rego number , if this did not happen i would have taken the wrong battery and been in trouble, so thank you so much for treating me as a person not just a point of sale and he was on his own trying to serve and answer the phone none stop.
