Bupa Dental

Today was my second visit and it confirmed how nice and welcoming the team is, including the lovely receptionist, who makes sure you're getting as much from your insurer as possible! Dr Mariam Safi and her switched-on assistant were very friendly and thorough yet again. On my first visit she took x-rays and picked up on a so far undetected cyst which has now been dealt with. The facilities are new and top notch and the waiting time is very short. Keep up the good work, Dr Safi!

Dr Safi & girls...EXCELLENT!!Have left visiting a dentist for way too long due to fear and previous dental experiences. Went today and I have nothing but praise for the team. They made me feel at ease, didn't make me feel bad about how long since I'd visited a dentist and so happy (and now fearless) that made my 6 mthly check up appt already. Thank you.

Excellent doctors. Receptionist is rude but service is excellent. Will not go back due to the rude behaviour of some people in reception. No greeting, no empathy, mocking their clients - unacceptable behaviour by the people on front desk but 10/10 for doctors. Wish some people get minimum customer service training before they sit at the front desk. God bless them. Will recommend the doctors highly.

Dr Mariam Safi and her team are excellent and very thorough. They also took the time to call me the next day to make sure I was Ok!

Very pathetic experience and inexperienced staff. Don't try to understand patients problems. If patient comes at time he supposed to wait half an hour every time but if one time patient get late they cancel the appointment.Very rude attitude of the receptionist.

Highly recommend Dr Mugdha to anyone who is anxious about a visit to the dentist. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable with my treatment. The reception staff were very welcoming.

Upon entering the practice, I was greeted by Doctor Mariam Safi and the Bupa Manager who were extremely warm and welcoming. Dr Safi was extremely professional and respectful with her interaction with me and did an outstanding job with my teeth, making a daunting procedure feel like a breeze. She took x-rays of my teeth, followed by photographs and was able to identify issues with my teeth before even looking at them, based on the x-rays alone! She proceeded to remove previous ceramic glue from my top and bottom teeth from a previous procedure I had undertaken, leaving my teeth nice and smooth. After she had corrected the previous dodgy work I had done in the past, she proceeded to remove all the plaque from my top and bottom teeth leaving it sparkly white. After that, she began polishing my teeth, finishing up with a fluoride plunge which also tasted AMAZING!! I strongly recommend Bupa Dental in Penrith for their exceptional customer service and quality of work. I honestly couldn't be happier. Great work Bupa Dental Penrith! One happy and satisfied customer right here.....:)

Seriously by far the best dental surgery I have ever been to . I cannot recommend Bupa Penrith enough . The staff are so lovely that its actually a pleasure to go to the Dentist.A big shout out to Dr Sasteena who is taking care of me .Sasteena goes above and beyond . I have had a fair bit of work done, lots of needles and extractions etc and feel so relaxed and comfortable . I have complete faith and trust in her . So yes I more then highly recommend Bupa Dental Penrith 100%
