What an incredible building and set up! So many different areas to explore. Visiting on a weekday was beneficial, not many others to share the space with.Barman was friendly and enthusiastic about the products. They had all their premix cans lined up and you are allowed to taste ALL for free! Definitely wanted to support them by buying some bottles from their extensive range :)Very tasty!! We didn't get any food but there was some available.Would highly recommend a stop in - family friendly.

Very good place!!It's not a brewery, even if it's written in the shop sign.It was a brewery, now You can buy vodka or some Australian traditional drinks.The quality is excellent.The staffing is excellent.The place is awesome.The prices are good.It's also a restaurant.The parking is not a problem.

Just spent the weekend In Beechworth and stayed at the Brewery house, had lunch at Billsons also did the tour and dinner at the cocktail bar. Our tour guide T was amazing even though some rude people showed up late and demanded to join in after telling them it was full she handled it so well then seeing her late that night working at the soda bar still with a big smile and warm welcoming hello. Every staff member we came across was fantastic definitely feels like one big happy family. The cocktails were amazing and the food was just as good.Thank you for an amazing weekend we excited to plan another trip back.

We popped in on the weekend for lunch and a tasting all the way from Orange NSW.The place was packed with people but service was quick and friendly (we booked a table well in advance.)The food was great and the drinks just as good.10/10, we'll definitely be back!

Well designed brewery with lots of different flavours to try. Lots of space and many bars, the favorites was the fancy lounge area downstairs.Free tastings of the various drinks which is good. Well worth a visit

Booked a 2pm table for a late lunch with my partner, our grazing board arrived at 2.25 and at 2.45 we were given the heads up that we had to leave our table shortly as they had another booking for 3pm. This was kind of weird and I assume someone just screwed up somewhere, we were mostly done with our food so I sculled my beer and let it go but there seemed to be a few booking screw ups in the speakeasy when we were there.That aside, the food was pretty good and there is a huge amount of cordial for sale upstairs with free tasting which was nice. The building is also really cool. I'd give the place another chance despite the lackluster service

A must visit!!The trying room was set up so nice, shelves packed and staff super friendly to help you try anything. Then we had lunch in the barrel room which was delicious and super filling. Cocktails were also delicious! Highly recommend checking it out.

I'd been looking forward to stopping in here since we began planning this trip. I had booked a table online, and when we got there it was like a wonderland when you first walk in - there are tastings, merchandise and a wall of cordials and the pre mixed cans. We were taken down to the speakeasy for our lunch booking and shown to our table and this was such a cute atmosphere, we looked at menus and created our own grazing board which I think is a fantastic option to have! However when it was brought out to the table (35 minutes later) the waiter then told us we had 10 minutes before we had to give up our table (our booking was 2pm he said we had to leave by 3!) He mentioned it twice when he passed by. I also noticed he was arguing with another lady about their table. This really detracted from my experience that we had to hurry up and leave, considering how much I was looking forward to it. Overall the drinks were good and the produce on the board was nice but the service left a lot to be desired.

absolute perfect atmosphere, the friendliest staff, and just immaculate all round.staff gave fantastic recommendations, and just made the whole day. fantastic range of non-alcoholic drinks as well, just as large as the range of alcoholic drinks.EDIT: came back for lunch, and oh my god. the burgers were amazing, and a fantastic set of cocktails (classics and house) to try. can't believe this place isn't more popular!shout out to Kara, who gave some excellent drink recommendations, and some fantastic pointers for our next trip up!
