Great 24 hour phone service! I called at 2am and they took the time to ask questions, gave us plenty of advice and instructions on how to proceed with our unwell pup, all over the phone and for no charge! Judging by their efforts over the phone, I would not hesitate to take our dogs to them anytime it was required!

Very happy with the service provided to look after your young dog Dixie who chomped on a Ventolin puffer (Ventoiln is very dangerous for dogs). We took her in after hours on Sunday night and the staff were very helpful & friendly. Thank you.

A very talented group of veterinary staff. So grateful they were able to save my dogs life. Little Delilah means the world to us and the family are so happy to have her home. This was our second visit and i highly recommend their service. The staff worked under very busy conditions over the Easter break, they kept me informed about my dogs progress day and night and provided those reassuring words of comfort to the humans.Thank you all so much

I just visited the emergency clinic this morning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, affordability and genuine care that was provided for my mother’s greyhound. I highly recommend this clinic to any dog parent who wants the best care for their fur baby. Thank you so much!

The absolute best place to take your pets if you want vets to treat them as if they were their own. My 4 month old kitten was so well taken care of and loved all my worries of her care went away as soon as I entered the door. Honestly worth the trip. Perfect service with an even better price cost. I felt like they had known my kitten all her life and it was our 1st visit. 100/10 recommend

After our cat had an operation at another vet, we were directed to this hospital for them to babysit our cat overnight by our vet, who isn't open 24 hours. The veterinarian at the hospital provided an estimated cost for our cat's treatment, ranging from $200 to $600, and expressed hope that the final price would remain on the lower end. When the vet left, a nurse came to collect a deposit of $300, which seemed high to us given the starting estimate. The nurse explained that the final cost would likely exceed the initial estimate. We left our cat at the hospital, feeling uneasy about the situation, how can the nurse predict a higher charge than the vet.The next morning, when we returned to collect our cat, a nurse greeted me holding an eftpos machine and presented us with a bill of $620, which was at the higher end of the original estimate. We questioned why the cost was so high, given that our cat had been well overnight. The nurse consulted with the vet, who explained that our cat had required additional pain relief. We were surprised, as the need for pain relief after surgery is well known and should have been factored into the original estimate provided by the vet at check-in. I feel we where always going to be charged the higher end of the estimate and its sad when you have feelings like this especially from a business whose business is to care for animals. The one star is not a reflection of the vets or nurses ability just the way I feel that profits take a high priority.
